- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Having capability to use the AUTOCAD Civil 3D and road design software is additional point.
- Ability to perform engineering tasks competently.
- Ability to work within a team for collective good including participation in discussions and planning.
- Initiative - self-starter; ability to work under pressure.
