Roll Out (Customer Innovation) Manager

Work on the development of new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology and other sciences as directed
- Development of new food items for production, based on customer feedback of current trends that lead to New Product opportunities as directed
- Develop of food standards and production specifications as directed
- Work on the processing and search for substitutes to increase production capabilities and improve product quality
- Study methods to improve aspects of foods, such as chemical composition, flavor, color, texture, nutritional value and convenience
- Demonstrate products to customers as needed
- Testing of new products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content and adherence to government and industry standards as directed

**Requirements**:

- Education minimum Diploma or Bachelor related with requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with innovation production, pastry and bakery
- Be able working under pressure & loyal
- Able to communicate customer
- Trend update oriented
- Communication and team player
