Roofing Estimator

**Key Responsibility**:- Estimating materials costs based on material prices and labour costs- Communicating with clients regarding project status, costs, and any changes that may be required during the project- Identifying which materials are needed for each type of roofing project, including shingles, decking, or other materials- Determining the appropriate type of roofing for each situation based on the size of the structure, number of stories, exposure to sunlight/weather conditions, etc.- Creating detailed drawings or sketches of proposed construction plans for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project- Calculating square footage measurements of roofs to determine the amount of material needed to complete a project- Working closely with architects and engineers throughout the planning and installation process to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes- Providing estimates of labor costs and material costs based on the type of roofing material, size of the structure, and complexity of the project**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field- High fluency in English is a must (min IELTS 7)- Good analytical and logical thinking- Good Interpersonal and communication skills- Keen to detail- Initiative- Placement - Surabaya**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Architect: 1 year (required)- Roofing Estimator: 1 year (required)**Language**:- High Fluency English (required)
