Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will work as part of an innovative team to design, configure, develop, and implement robotic solutions that will be used by lines of business to automate simple, repetitive tasks that take up a large percentage of a worker's time. With business analysts, you will understand business processes, assess automation readiness, and recommend solutions to automate a part or the whole business process. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain reusable automation scripts and frameworks designed to replicate manual business processes. Lastly, you will learn, be inquisitive, and be technically curious, with a passion for emerging technologies (RPA, AI, ML, NLP, etc.), their capabilities, and how they are used to empower business and technology to drive business simplification.
**Responsibilities**:
Work with Business Analysts and cross-functional projects teams to map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Work with Business Analysts and cross-functional projects teams to prioritize, develop and execute process automation opportunities.
Work with Business Analysts and cross-functional projects teams to prioritize, develop and execute reporting and dashboard solutions
Liaise with clients to communicate progress, issues, risks, and solutions.
**Job Requirements**:
Ability to communicate well with other members of the development team.
At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Proven working experience with Microsoft Excel.
Proven working experience in databases and SQL.
Proven working experience with process analysis, design, business and technical requirements, implementation, problem-solving, and system(s)/usertesting.
Creative thinking.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios.
