Hold ownership and accountability for projects, including decisions, actions, and directives
Develop project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, resource budgets and deliverables, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders provide input and are in agreement
Review the SaaS features in development queue
Prioritize key fundamental features with great impact or dependency to whole SaaS platform and its interactive modules
Balance between urgency and importance of features
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure transparent communication
Manage development process, steps, performance and end-to-end delivery of projects on time in tight relation to the developers in charge
Conduct, control, monitor and optimze UAT, feedback analysis and improvement cycles
Maximize the resources taken to the project in P&L point of view.
Communicate closely with business users not only with technical group.

Strong customer orientation and ability to manage customer expectations (customers are business users)
Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate with related stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering a wide variety of projects
Strong people management & leadership skills
Must be able to bridge the gap between technical requirements and customer expectations.
High-level understanding of networking, database technologies, and cloud infrastructure, along with project management skills.
A passion for SaaS product, technology and infrastructure
Retail business knowledge is a big plus
Bachelor's or higher degree
Excellent communication in verbal Bahasa/English and written English
PMP certification is a plus
