The safer gambling officer will be a key part of the safer gambling team ensuring that we keep it at the heart of the business and adhere to the licence regulations as set out by the Gambling commission.
You will be making decisions based on reports and acting accordingly, trying to identify any signs of gambling related harm so we can continue to offer an outstanding service with player protection in mind.
You will be required to work in our Gibraltar Office 3 x per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Safer Gambling Manager to ensure that the in place are effective and working correctly.
- Dealing with escalations from other departments that have identified the need for safer gambling intervention.
- Completing self exclusion reactivation contacts, in adherence to the regulations.
- Interpreting and analysing data sets from customer accounts, following key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.
- Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes, which will affect our customers to ensure good decision making
- Monitoring player behaviour and making risk based, self driven decisions

- Previous experience in the gambling industry and similar role.
