- Responsible to make a management work plan, ensure the team understand their job desc and fulfilled company target
- Responsible to manage the team work according to target and plans
- Responsible to do continues improvements in HSE work system
- Responsible to create a good work culture and a effective work system, support NOS program/learn 2.0
**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor degree (S1) on occupational health & safety/ engineering major from reputable university**:

- **Having a K3 Certificate**:

- **Having knowledge about HSE standards and regulation**:

- **Familiar with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001**:

- **Having good personality, high initiative adn easy to cooperative**:

- **Good interpersonal skill and communication skill**:

- **Able to speak english both written and verbal**:

- **Willing to be placed in all working areas**
