**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the industry
- B2B.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and support decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the powder coating industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
