**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding
- Take minutes for meetings as required.
- Organize and manage all Sales & Marketing files.
- Distribute memos and correspondence as required.
- Complete opening duties as assigned.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain filing procedures.
- Prepare and send documents as required by Sales & Marketing team
- Receive and distribute documents to appropriate personnel.
- Type correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned according to hotel standards.
- Promote positive relations with guests and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Sales Asmin
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Fully understand about Sales & Marketing daily operations
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
