**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Assist with all documents, payment, and administrations tasks
- Support sales and marketing team
- Ensure accurate, complete and updated documents are in compliance with the regulations
- Act as the point of contact and manage discussions and follow up with insurer or internal stakeholders regarding policy creation, endorsement, claims, etc
- Monitor payment from clients
- Monitor issuance of hard/ soft copy of policies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus
