Sales Administration Executive

**Sales administrative Executive are team players between the Sales Department and Finance Department. This position will be under the Finance Department. As valuable support staff, they both follow directions and use their own initiative to keep the process running smoothly**:**What You'll Do**:- Working Closely with Business Development Department & Finance Team related to administration purpose- Maintaining all process from EST, SO until it's billed- As the point of contact for the Finance team to AnyMind client such Vendor, Agency and Brand side regarding process payment arrangement, deadline, and any information related the payment SOP- Tracking all campaign progress (SO status, un-billed status) from Administration perspective- Ad-hoc task**Who You Are**:- Bachelor Degree with Accounting major- Has 2 years experience as Sales Administration in multinational Company.
