Sales Administrator

Details of the offer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating sales orders from sales team in the area & recap of daily achievement SO process
- Received the document for sales team area and make a documentation for an invoicing of spending budget.
- Accelerating of sales order process.
- Solve the issues & liaise with team Finance / Warehouse if anything blow up.
- Return monitoring from customers which come to Head Office
- Standard monthly report.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree (preferred in Business / Marketing Management)
- Experience in similar position or organization min. 1 year / Fresh Graduate. Coming from Distribution Company (it's additional value).
- Experience on handling Sales Admin.
- Good in Microsoft Excel formulas
- Attention to detail
- Team-player and good communication


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
