Sales & BD
**- Driving the growth sales in his / her area through distributors in order to achieve sales target.
- Feasibility study. Understand and provide information and analysis on market potential in his / her respective area.
- Defining the right RTM development strategy for the product. Acquire/Recruit new distributors/Direct Account for potential sales area where distributor as sales and logistic partner is required.
- Product portfolio development management.
- Actualize the market potential into sales.
- Active to create local activities to develop band, distribution, and penetration in market.
- Delivering marketing program in his / her area to increase Brand awareness in his/her area.
- Distributor management
- Manage and develop capabilities of Area Distributor or Account in order to deliver an excellent sales performance.
- Coordinate with distributor/account development and market insight team to ensure order deliver completion.
- Delivering operational excellence through distributor management system and other business tools.
- Develop O2O channel.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per the guideline.
- Ensure compliance to the Group's HSE and business ethics policy.
Report to: Regional Manager
The role is an individual contributor.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from any background.
- Min 5 years of experience in sales, preferably from downstream sector (lubricants, spareparts or FMCG).
- Proven experience in managing distributors.
- Previous experience in key account management or Trade Marketing will be an advantage.
- Result oriented, driven, resilient and hardworking.
- Good team worker and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can do attitude.
- Matured, able to develop priority in working.
