Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Experience minimum 7 years as Sales Marketing (preferably in EPC)

High result oriented

Fully understand about EPC project attribute and cycle

Develop, possesses and cultivates long-term relationships with key management personnel within client organization, spanning across procurement, engineering and administration

Good managerial knowledge in term of planning, organizing, controlling, team work, communication, strategic thinking and persistence

Be independent, self driven, good attitude with integrity, honest and empathy to others

Lead strategies to obtain new EPC business, develop and tracks key project initiatives within specified target accounts Tanggung Jawab

Develop and supports sales marketing key project initiatives
Liaise with new potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Prepare project plan presentation for management
Preparing presentations on how the service will meet client needs
Managing client's requirements and persuading clients to the service provided
Coordinating the potential project with others departments within organization
Involve in preparing PQ, validation of client quotations, contract terms and maintaining annual target
Manages multiple projects and clients
Achieve sales and marketing KPI
Develop effective differentiators and negotiation strategies and understand all key commercial and legal issues also report annual project plan and marketing evaluation
Good in preparing presentation, excellent in excel and decision making
