**Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab)**:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and segmentation.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on sales inquiries promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's presence.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
**Qualifications (Kualifikasi)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools).
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique marketing campaigns.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
