Job Role Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service Generate new business leading by proactively search for potential customers through database or networking and social media Approach customers and develop new shipping in any logistics services in Indonesia. Attend meetings and present company's profile & products/services to customers virtually or during sales visits. Liaise with costing analyst to prepare pricing scheme. Prepare a proposal for customers, Complete administrative work, Manage service contracts, check on expiration date and make renewals. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets. Follow up related operations and finance until the payment. Increase sales revenue and maximize utilization of the company's fleet. Responsible for all customers to secure and increase sales revenue/profit. ?? Requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Logistics/Forwarding/Express company). Experience in handling export-import clients. The ability to influence and negotiate with customers. Computer and Software : Excellent PC skills with emphasis on presentation and modelling (Word, Power Point, Excel).· Good English communication skills Good time management and ability to manage work priorities. Able to solve immediate problems and fast response.
