Sales And Training Manager

Job Qualification:

- At Least Bachelor degree from any major (preferred from Management or Business)
- Min. 3-4 years experience as Sales and Training Manager
- Min. 2-3 years experience as Sales Manager/Sales
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Placement in Central Jakarta

Job Description:

- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that are aligned with business objectives
- Selling for Training Program and looking for new costumer
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and development opportunities
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional design methodologies
- Develop training materials, including participant guides, leader guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Manage the budget for sales training initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners
- Monitor and report on metrics related to sales training programs
- Manage and develop a team of sales trainers
- Handle selling for program training

Upah: Rp18.000.000 - Rp23.000.000 per bulan
