Persyaratan

Maximum 38 years old.

Hold Bachelor's degree.

Have minimum 2 years experience as Area Manager in FMCG (F&B).

Have minimum 2 years experience in managing distributor.

Have experience in MT & GT.

Sales goal oriented and problem solver.

Able to work under pressure.

Have good at planning and organization skill.

Have strong develop leadership skill.

Computer literate.

Willing to travelling frequently.

Tanggung Jawab

Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.

Coordinates the operations, ensure schedules and objectives are met.

Supervise and motivate staff.

Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources.

Communicate with clients (distributor and customer) also evaluate their need and specification.

Create reports, analyze and interpret data.

Drive recruitment process, training and development.

Secure adherence to company's policies and guidelines.

Other related tasks as assigned.
