Job description:

- Coordinate the sales team in order to increase sales and achieve company targets
- Provide training to the sales team in maintaining and developing customers
- Monitoring sales team activities such as sales and customer payments
- Ensuring the sales team makes effective visits and achieves sales targets
- Provide periodic sales reports for the sales team
