Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product offerings Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and tidying up the sales area Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols Qualifications Previous retail experience is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations Ability to work effectively during High season and multitask as needed Basic math skills and familiarity with cash-handling procedures Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
