We're looking for a passionate **Sales Associate **to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products ad brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building l loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.**Job Description & Responsibility**- Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect- Contribute to maintaining BIASA brand and operating standards to support brand consistency- Assist with inventory control and achieve shrink objectives- Nurture strong relationships with all clients- Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety clients, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all product categories- Comply with all company policies and procedures- Drive & meet Sales requirements**What We Need**- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment- Possesses strong verbal and written communication- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented- knowledge of sales principles- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time- Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times- Willingness to constantly broaden brand and product knowledge- Basic administrative ability- Understanding of luxury customer service- Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Experience**:- Sales Associate: 2 years (preferred)
