Sales Associate

**Job Descriptions**:- Managing and executing promotional campaigns/program- Oversee the implementation of the strategies in the marketing and sales program plan- Providing insight on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps- Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvement based on your finding- Develop plan strategies to achieve sales target- Monitoring sales performance- Building relationships with client/ customer- Create sales report to the manager related to sales performance, progress, and any challenges or opportunities that arise**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline- Having experience in the B2B segment would be an advantage- 2-3 years experience in sales promotion, having experience as a Sales lead would be preferred- Good analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Passionate about learning new technologies- Having prior experience in a similar role, and having experience in E-Commerce would be preferred- Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions- Willing to be placed in Surabaya (WFO)**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per monthAbility to Relocate:- Surabaya: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 02/19/2024
