Sales Associate (Luxury Property)

**1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building**: Foster relationships with affluent clients, understanding their unique preferences, needs, and desires to match them with suitable luxury properties.

**2. Property Presentation**: Showcase luxury properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, amenities, and distinctive qualities with eloquence and in-depth knowledge.

**3. Market Analysis**: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings in the luxury real estate sector to advise clients accurately and make informed recommendations.

**4. Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal pricing and favorable terms. Facilitate the closing process by collaborating with relevant parties to finalize transactions smoothly.

**5. Marketing and Promotion**: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote luxury properties, utilizing various platforms, including online channels, social media, print media, and exclusive networking events.

**6. Documentation and Legal Compliance**: Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

**7. Client Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, offering personalized guidance, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or relevant sales experience in a high-end market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including property values, trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
