Sales City Manager - Saas

**Job Description**:

- Create an action plan and strategy
- Create sales target for area and sales team
- ensure area and sales team reach the target
- evaluate area and team members if no one reach the target and create the next plan for improvement
- conduct weekly and monthly meetings with team members
- joint visit with team members to find market condition
- develop and expand area for sales penetration
- discussion with other divisions for area development
- participate in a program of personal development and team member with sales academy team
- create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to regional sales manager and hand of sales

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in any field.
- Experience working in Software as a Service company (POS, PPOB, HRIS, etc) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in field sales (in general).
- Good business sense.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and setting targets for individuals and teams.
- Minimum 1 year experience of managing team.
- Experience in handling sales (customize area)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp9,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manager SaaS: 1 year (preferred)
