- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle, providing detailed product information and conducting test drives as needed.
- Guiding customers through the sales process, including vehicle pricing, financing options, trade-in assessments, and completing sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
