Sales Consultant Property

1. Minimum 5 years work experience as Sales in Property Industry (especially luxury apartments and condominiums) not landed house and ruko/malls

2. Able to operate MS Officehave good behavior

3. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.

4. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.

5. Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.

6. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.

7. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.

8. Please include in your CV the Sales history of each project (Company, Project, Number of units sold and price range) your Instagram/FB/web account that you post project advertising
