Sales Consultant Property

**Job description**:

- Identify the characteristics and prospective needs of customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Present detailed and accurate information of the property to customers
- Assist customers in the process of property purchase, including price negotiations and documents completion
- Fulfill the decided project sales targets
- Promote property through various media and connections (via social media, websites, property agents and other relevant sources)

**Qualification**:

- Minimum high school education/freshgraduate
- Have at least 1 year experience in property sales field
- Experienced as a property agent is point plus
- Have an excellent communication skills
- Familiar with working on sales targets and communicating with customers
- Results oriented, highly-motivated, has initiative and confidence
- Have had at least the second COVID vaccination
- Willing to be placed in the Astana Project Branch (Jabodetabek Area)
