Reporting to the Director of Sales and Catering you will be responsible for responds and tracks all sales and conferences inquiries, and supports the Sales Managers with creating proposals, estimates, and contracts.
**What you will be doing**:
- Under the direction of Sales Managers, creating proposals and estimates and preparing formal contracts based on individual client's needs
- Follow-up correspondence requests for both proposals and contracts
- Preparing a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports
- Attending weekly Sales and Conferences meeting and communications meeting
- Provides administrative assistance as required to Sales Managers and Director of Sales and Catering
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Coordinator
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A confident and dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organisation
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
- Proven organisational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
