- Workplace: Onsite Position- Location: Jakarta, ID, 13650- Contract Type: Full-Time- Employment Type: RegularResponsible for the profitable growth in market share through the maintenance, monitoring and development of Grundfos products, services, and customer base within the Commercial buildings segment.
Responsible for sharing knowledge and opportunities outside of the designated market segment to drive sales and profitability.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Development of a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Drive focus markets with Selected Accounts.
- Identification and development of new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
- Assist with the preparation of segment-based budgets and plans relating to Key Account activities.
- Participate in market research and preparation of reports as required.
- Implementation of the company and segment-based sales strategy.
- Utilize Sales Excellence tools i.e.; SAP CRM to maintain customer interactions, opportunities and quotations
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and presented within an acceptable time frame e.g., expenses.
**Your required skills and experience include**:
- Experience building developed processes within Commercial Building Services.
- Ability to lad processes or projects.
- Ability to operate a business process within Commercial Building Services.
- Most likely to have 3-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.
- Positive ability influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services.
