**YOUR ROLE**:

- Sales & customer relationship management - visit customers, promote products, maintain relationship with existing customers and actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales within responsible area.
- Take orders from customers and coordinate closely with sales administration team.
- Manage and collect customer payments.
- Gather insights on customer needs and business trends in responsible area.
- Provide market development updates to manager.
- Support sales forecasts, coordinating closely with supply chain management. To provide regular updates on any additional and reduction in master sales plan (MSP) forecasts

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in any field, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.
- Able to communicate English and Chinese well
- Willing to be based in Central Java area
- At least 4 years of working experience in sales or marketing in B2B. Footwear industry experience is highly preferred.
