**The Role**
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, main responsibilities for this position include:
- Sales of Desoutter Industrial Tools range to MVI, Tiers (Sub-Supplier for MVI customers) and GI (General Industry) in Indonesia country
- Aggressively exploit the designated territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, line audits, solution presentations to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to orders
- Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area, potential customers as well as internal colleagues and distributors in order to grow the business in your area or target segment
- Analyse and provide timely, accurate market information to the Sales Team Leader, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products
- Timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, projects, roadblocks and support needed
- Cooperate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction.

**What we expect of you?**
**Experience requirements**
- Excellent sales record from similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users, ideally in Automotive industry, Mining Industry, Tiers Industry
- Previous experience from working in a foreign company is a plus
- Manage Sales Direct to Customer
- Territory management and planning sales routines and visits
- Manufacturing & Mining experience is a plus
**Knowledge**
- Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications
- Have a good command of written and spoken English
- Spoken Japanese is plus
- Good presentation skills and communication skills
- Mechanical/ electrical knowledge
- Knowledge of customer processes is a plus
- Knowledge of Desoutter Tools product range is a plus
**Educational requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical is a plus) or equivalent experience in the Industry.
