- Tangerang- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Engineer in the analytical instrumentation industry or similar industry is preferred
- Preferred have environmental instrument market experience and knowledge for the key product/system such as CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System), AQMS (Ambient Quality Monitoring system), and WQMS (Water Quality Monitoring System), especially in gas and water analyzers
- Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to influence the promotional efforts of Customers
- Fluent in the English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Powerpoint, word)

**About work**????????**:
Manage & lead sales activity, identify, develop, prioritize & execute effective strategic growth plans to exceed regional business goals (Prospect generation, Strategies) for Process & Environmental (P/E) instruments for Indonesia.
To actively promote the whole range of company Processes & Environmental products and maintain the existing customer base;
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales especially managing personal time and productivity;
Undertake proposals, including the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales;
Support sales activity with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets;
Support sales by undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers;
Maintain regular contact with all distributors and existing customers, especially key accounts;
Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided;
Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgets;
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction;
Liaise with colleagues and other parts of the group to co-ordinate activities where appropriate to ensure that sales are obtained;
Attending sales meetings and ensuring that all subsequent action required is undertaken;
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships;
Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to the care of equipment.
