Sales Engineer

**SALES ENGINEER (Jakarta) - Marine**We are looking for a Sales Engineer for Jakarta to lead and grow the business by developing new business and expanding existing business. The role is expected to be hands on involved with strategic planning and execution.**Responsibilities**:_- Execute the entire end to end sales process and customer experience from prospecting to closure- Develop strategy and execution plans to grow the business- Build a pipeline to sustain the growth of our business- Develop engagement framework and service level agreement with key accounts- Maintain accurate and timely records on all sales activities on company CRM- Identify customer needs and sales opportunity to help fuel future growth- Work closely with technical team to continually refine presentations, write proposals, design solution offerings.- Gather regional market information (technical, prices and product development)- **Requirements**:_- **Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or Marine Engineering**:- **Knowledge and experience in the marine & offshore, oil & gas, utility market, industrial automation or power generation will be an advantage.**:- **Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge.**:- **Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.**:- **Good command of English (spoken and written).**:- **Self-motivated, good discipline and result driven.****Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Engineer: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/19/2024
