We (High Volt Technology) are a national company engaged in the electricity sector with main businesses in EPC, Trading, Service and EHV/ HV Test transmission and distribution equipment, which has experience in the construction of infrastructure for EHV/ HV substations, supplying electrical equipment, provides expertise in EHV/HV and on-site testing up to 500 kV in Indonesia and overseas, for large power companies, manufacturers, industry and several other electric utility companies.
- Have their own vehicle at least a motorbike;
- Have good interpersonal communication (oral & written) and able to interact effectively in English, and able to work together in a team;
- Have a proven track record in the field to bring in and meet sales targets;
- Have strong reasoning ability, high energy level, strong initiative, reliability, perseverance, stability, self-confidence, ambitious and enthusiastic.
- Have the ability to coordinate and be flexible in the work environment;
- Gather market/ industry intelligence on data, trends, technology, distribution, existing and new customers/ customers;
- Selling and marketing industrial products in the field of Electricity and Renewable Energy on a monthly, quarterly, semester and annual basis with a profit orientation for achieving targets;
- Actively prepare sales proposals related to presentations in new and potential markets/ industries (new customers);
- Doing sales and marketing of products with EPC contracts
- Responsible for the fulfillment of sales targets that have been prepared, planned and determined;
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
