Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating in the development and implementation of the company's strategic sales plans, ensuring the effectiveness of brand marketing communication, and achieving established sales targets.

2. Actively exploring new customer groups, seeking cooperation opportunities for new product projects, and conducting in-depth analysis of potential product and customer needs.

3. Collaborating closely with the product development team on new product development and promptly responding to technical and commercial issues to ensure the alignment of products with market needs.

4. Participating in the preparation of bidding and technical documents, ensuring their professionalism and competitiveness, and providing strong support for the company's project bidding.

5. Continuously monitoring market dynamics, analyzing competitors' marketing strategies, and ensuring that the company's marketing strategies maintain a leading position and competitiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields, with solid professional knowledge and theoretical literacy.

2. Positive and outgoing personality, clear goal orientation, passionate about sales work, strong communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.

3. Rich industry experience, familiar with sales processes and market operation rules, able to effectively achieve sales targets, and possess excellent performance records.

4. Willing to accept frequent overseas business trips, strong adaptability and stress resistance.
