Position Summary:
**Objective**:
Driven sales engineer responsible to sell ITT Goulds pumps products (New and Aftermarket) with proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets within challenging environments. Leveraging a hunter sales mindset, sound data analysis, and a commitment to high performance culture to exceed customer expectations and drive business growth, including managing and growing distributors business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for End-Users management within Indonesia, utilizing a strategic approach to penetrate key markets and territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with end-users, offering comprehensive solutions including service, repair, retrofit, upgrades, original equipment (OE), and spare parts.
- Utilize a proactive approach to customer development, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market reach to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the full sales process from prospecting and bidding to closing, while facilitating indirect sales channels through effective and relentless distributor management and value add.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, providing technical support and creating value-added propositions to enhance the total pump life cycle cost for customers.
- Manage the quotation process with responsiveness and accuracy, ensuring timely submission of quotes and effective negotiation of contracts to secure sales accounts and business development opportunities.
- Provide leadership and support for customer service initiatives, fostering a culture of high performance and professionalism across all departments within the organization.
- Drive the growth and optimization of distributor teams, aligning with company plans and directives to maximize volume, distribution, and pricing.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- 5 years' experience in selling industrial solutions.
- Intermediate command of spoken English and good command of reading/writing.
