Sales Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, **preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector**:

- Strong understanding of **industrial pumps, fabrication processes, and wastewater equipment.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Willingness to travel within assigned territories.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's licence.

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Engineer: 2 years (required)
- Industrial Pumps, Fabrication, and Wastewater Equipment.: 2 years (required)
- Equipment or Manufacturing Sector: 2 years (required)
