**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Consultation**:
Provide technical expertise on precast concrete products to potential clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and recommend suitable precast solutions.
**Sales and Business Development**:
Actively seek out and generate new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the precast products division.
**Proposal Development**:
Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to create customized solutions that meet client specifications.
**Project Coordination**:
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution of precast projects.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Use market insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
**Customer Education**:
Address technical queries and concerns to enhance customer understanding.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and sales forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of precast products.
Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or precast industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
