**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
- Support customers on product and technical details
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Increase the overall productivity of the sales
- Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new customers
- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage daily operations, especially sales and operation activities

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Sales Engineer in têxtile industry
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing sales programs and activities.
- Able to work individually and self-driven
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
- A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge
