Sales Engineering Manager (Sem)

Lead and mentor the engineer team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales target.
- Manages the schedule of engineer team
- Manages the administrative activity in the service department.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
- Acts as liaison between customers with internal technical teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
- Work individually and/or with engineers to grow the market of engineering services.
- Address special needs or constraints experienced by customers.
- Make reports to director and principals.
- S1 degree in engineering or related field
- Proven experience in technical sales, with a track of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Having experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong management skill
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Able to cooperate well with colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
