Summary of Responsibilities: Support and assist Senior Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks Implement sales strategies Reply inquiries with timely manner (include FIT and Group) Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in the assigned markets Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments Executes promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences Collaborating with the senior sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives, being accountable for ROI Only for Chinese Expatriate Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in administrative tasks, consistently ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
