**Job Descriptions**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to key clients, addressing their needs and providing product knowledge and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to present to the management team.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on baby products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

- Baby and Moms Product Retail: 2 years (required)
- Sales Supervisor / Area Sales: 2 years (required)
