Sales Executive

**About the client**:
We are hiring for 5 locations across Indonesia - Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan and Semarang

**Key Responsibilities**:
Proactively reach out to prospects, establishing strong and meaningful relationships.
Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
Monitor client performance and take necessary actions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Foster strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Stay informed about market trends and challenges within the pharmaceutical industry to better serve our clients.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales of products or services.
Experience as a Pharmacy Medical Representative is a significant plus. SaaS industry such as Telemedicine acquisition staff and Medical representatives that have existing connections with pharmacy owners preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Analytical aptitude to comprehend market trends and data.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building enduring client relationships.
