**Sales Executive**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and maximizing revenue generation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in healthcare
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales Executive.
- Enthusiast in selling, relationship management and meeting new customer
- Experience in selling B2B technologies and services in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Can work handle under pressure is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and proactively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including competitors, to increase success closing rate
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services, and communicate their value propositions effectively to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to achieve sales objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
