**General Overview**
As a Sales Executive focused on paddy and rice commodities, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence across South Sulawesi. Your primary responsibilities will involve building and maintaining a robust sales network for wet paddy, dry paddy, brown rice, and white rice. You will be instrumental in establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including large rice mills and distributors.**Roles and responsibilities**
**Sales Network Development**:
Identify, target, and establish partnerships with large rice mills across Java Island.
-Develop and implement strategies to promote the sale of wet paddy, dry paddy, brown rice, and white rice.
-Build and nurture a network of distributors to enhance the distribution and sales of white rice across South Sulawesi.
**Relationship Management**:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
-Act as the primary point of contact for rice mills and distributors, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for revenue and market share.
**Sales Operations**:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with rice mills and distributors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
-Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
**Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or commodity trading sectors (paddy/ rice commodities).
-Having experience at least 3 years in Rice mill is preferred.
-Strong knowledge in supply chain of paddy & rice.
-Mandatory English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
