1. Aktif memperkenalkan, presentasi dan menjual produk pompa.
2. Aktif mencari peluang penjualan baru dengan pelanggan saat ini dan/atau baru.
3. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.
4. Memberikan tanggapan yang cepat terhadap pertanyaan atau penyelesaian keluhan customer.
5. Atur kunjungan dengan pelanggan untuk mendengarkan kebutuhan dan kekhawatiran mereka.
6. Menerapkan strategi penjualan di tingkat pelanggan untuk mencapai strategi penjualan perusahaan.
