Sales Force Automation Specialist

Job Description:

- Providing sales report
- Support SFE manager for manual data collection, compiling, and validation.
- Ensure content materials are delivered on time for all SFMC journeys to be lived
- Implement data extension, content upload, campaign scheduling, journey testing
- SFMC journeys performance monitoring and journey optimization
- Acts as system administrator to the SFA system
- Support in tracking dashboard for SFA activities
- Design, implement, test, launch, and track SFA activities and campaigns (F2F and digital/remote)
- Expand the proper use of the SFA and other digital/remote platforms through on-going training and education, customized to the target user group, including training related to changes to the SFA system

Requirement:

- Already have experience as sales/system analyst at least 2 years
- Education minimum S1
- Preferable from Informatics Engineering/Mathematics/Science/Statistics
- Able/expert to operate Ms. Office very well, especially Ms. Excel (expert in Ms. Access will be advantage as well)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
