**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the agricultural sector, focusing on sustainable practices and solutions.
- Lead and expand the sales team, providing training and mentorship to ensure high performance and alignment with our company's values and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and partners within the agriculture, fertilizer, and agricultural machinery industries.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our innovative solutions and establishing our presence as a leader in sustainable agriculture.
- Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting, providing insights and strategies to enhance efficiency and growth.
**Qualifications**:
- **Willing to work based in Yogyakarta**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with **at least 7 years of experience**, preferably in the **agriculture, fertilizer, or agricultural machinery industries**.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and its challenges, with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in **English** and **Bahasa Indonesia**, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region and beyond to engage with clients and stakeholders.
