Sales Head Development Program

1. Supervise and direct sales performance and develop sales to reach sales target
2. Reviewing Sales Performance
3. Establish and maintain long term relationship with customers (external and internal)
4. Assist Branches in formulating sales strategiest to support marketing

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree any major min IPK 3.00
- Age max 28 years old
- Fresh graduate or have 2 years experience
- Have ability in leadership, data analysis, and marketing
- Having a strong conceptual analysis
- Willing to follow the program for 6-12 months
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
