**Requirements**:

- **S1/D3 in relevant field, fresh graduate are welcome
- Good communication and influence people
- Good listener, excellent service, solution-oriented
- Has basic experience in data processing (google sheet, vlookup, pivot)
- Have experience as Sales
- Fluent in local language will be added value
- Encourage Merchant portfolio to join program (promo, ads, etc)
- Develop Merchant business in the Grab platform to uplift Merchant business (such as Investment and Basket-Size)
- Support and fulfill operational excellence for Merchant portfolio (include complaint handling)
